libsmbclient-devel is not on CDs, but on DVD 
please change this, the user does not expect that there is more on the DVD 
than on the CDs

There has to be a ways to split DVD/CD because of the space we have. So most  
-devel packages are only on DVD.  
  
Do an average user need libsmbclient-devel? If you think so, please reopen the 
bug.
