See factory list discussion - current tumbleweed snapshots have non-upgradeable opendkim package due to the 4.19 RPM changes.

Problem: nothing provides 'group(opendkim)' needed by the to be installed opendkim-2.11.0-8.2.x86_64
 Solution 1: do not install opendkim-2.11.0-8.2.x86_64
 Solution 2: break opendkim-2.11.0-8.2.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies

Tested with today's 20240205 release level.
