Can't upgrade mosquitto on Tumbleweed.

Problem: nothing provides 'group(mosquitto)' needed by the to be installed mosquitto-2.0.18-1.2.x86_64
 Solution 1: do not install mosquitto-2.0.18-1.2.x86_64
 Solution 2: break mosquitto-2.0.18-1.2.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies
