Description Dominique Leuenberger 2024-02-08 16:29:31 UTC
Seamonkey is amongst the few last ones holding on to python2 to build.

Please try to port this off of python2, so we can finally eliminate it
Comment 1 Dominique Leuenberger 2024-02-08 17:46:43 UTC
seamonkey actually seems not to be using python2 during build already

Even current buildlogs in Factory indicate it to setup a py3 venv.

https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1145279 drops the py2 dep and adds an explicit py3-base dep (it's pulled in automatically, but let's be clear to need it)
