Description
SMASH SMASH
2024-02-12 14:09:04 UTC
Waiting on upstream for SUSE:SLE-15-SP3:Update, all other streams have fixes submitted. Upstream fix: https://github.com/389ds/389-ds-base/issues/5647 Introduced: https://github.com/389ds/389-ds-base/issues/5502 You'll note none of these are an exploit - because it was found in static analysis and then fixed, there is no reproducer. The CVE was assigned because it's *theoretically* exploitable. SUSE-SU-2024:0908-1: An update that solves one vulnerability can now be installed. Category: security (moderate) Bug References: 1219836 CVE References: CVE-2024-1062 Sources used: openSUSE Leap 15.5 (src): 389-ds-2.2.8~git65.347aae6-150500.3.17.1 Server Applications Module 15-SP5 (src): 389-ds-2.2.8~git65.347aae6-150500.3.17.1 NOTE: This line indicates an update has been released for the listed product(s). At times this might be only a partial fix. If you have questions please reach out to maintenance coordination. Done, sorry it was missed. No problem mate, I'll get this sorted in the next 24 hours :) No problems at all - apparently when I submitted that to SP6 I didn't add it to my notes as a package I own so I forgot to submit the update there too.
