Repo not available:

File './x86_64/lazygit-0.40.2-5.11.x86_64.rpm' not found on medium 'https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/go/openSUSE_Factory/'

The issue is that I can't update anything else while this error exists, nor can I even uninstall lazygit as that won't happen if it can't find the repo for some reason.

You seen to have outdated repo information

Try zypper refresh

Additionally this package is is openSUSE Tumbleweed proper. Switch the package to there for a resolution
