I broke my Honeycomb LX2K on an update because the boot partition was too small (apparently). 
After a full reinstallation on the SATA disk, the iommu problem [0] is gone, but I do not have access to the NVMe disk anymore. 
I will upload the kernel traces with efi/dtb and iommu.passthrough 0/1
