Created attachment 873317 [details] test log I'm seeing this on GCP, not sure if it happens on real hardware or on other clouds. After creating a VM from the latest opensuse-leap-arm64 image and suspending it, on resume it will reboot instead of resume about 10% of the time. I've attached a log from an integration test which does exactly that.
