I think, there is no point in creating a separate report for each bug that is fixed in the latest planned fix release for Plasma 5 LTS and KDE Frameworks.

Since Leap 16 awaits many changes with ALP and Plasma 6, users may continue using Leap 15.6 beyond its life cycle. Therefore, it makes sense to make Leap 15.6 as stable as possible.

This is a feature request then, post Beta :)

We've had a 5.27 update in 15.5

Yes, I saw that 3 versions of Plasma were updated in a short time. 
There is one small bug fix release, it will be a pity if the latest bug fix release for the Plasma 5 is not included in Leap 15.6.
