Since the upgrade to RPM 4.19, restund can no longer be installed:

> sudo zypper in restund
Loading repository data...
Reading installed packages...
Resolving package dependencies...

Problem: nothing provides 'group(restund)' needed by the to be installed restund-0.4.12-2.9.x86_64
 Solution 1: do not install restund-0.4.12-2.9.x86_64
 Solution 2: break restund-0.4.12-2.9.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies
