Extend size of the MCE Records pool


In the current code, only 2 KB of Pool Size is allocated to store the MCE records(~80 records)

If the number of errors are more and processing is slow from genpool queue, then below log will hit and it won't process any more errors.
MCE records pool full!  

means, Systems with a large number of CPUs may generate a large number of machine check records when things go seriously wrong. But Linux has a fixed-size buffer that can only capture a few dozen errors. 

The above is observed in earlier platforms very rearly.

Fix would be:
Allocate space based on the number of CPUs (with a minimum value based
on the historical fixed buffer that could store 80 records).  

- The fix patch is already reviewed and accepted in maintainer tree.

I think with the priority set on this as being low, it may be still sitting in the queue to be reviewed.

Hi.

Patch is up streamed in the open source tree needs tobe backported to both SP5 and SP6.

The upstream fix can be merged to SLE15-SP6 as is, but for SLE15-SP5 it needs a slight modification.  Attached below.
