2 systems, arm64 & x86_64 trying to build standard kernel.

Now fails with:
Unsupported DW_TAG_unspecified_type(0x3b)
Encountered error while encoding BTF.

This was reported under 1216042 for 15.4 & was not corrected.

Dwarves has not been updated since the original 15.5 distribution.

It now MUST be updated.

Ugh, it works on x86_64, just not arm64.
