This is the fix for skb_over_panic for Rx DMA. Microsoft asks to backport to SLES SP5 and earlier versions where mana is supported.

As of today, c0de6ab920aafb56feab56058e46b688e694a246 was missing in the SLE15-SP4-LTSS branch. Older releases lack 2fbbd712baf1.
