Don't know if MATE 1.28.2 or new Kernel is reason. MATE was in April 10 DUP
Slowroll MATE 1.26.2 works fine.

All panel add-on abort unexpectedly and will not reload. Only Software Update and Classic Menu are in Panel.

Went back to 4/6/24 backup and locked MATE mozo caja and other parts of patterns-mate-mate. MATE does not work right but panel appears - suspect libc fix breaks MATE.

Putting back broken April 13 image with broken panel.

This makes Tumbleweed unusable to me as I cannot select programs or workspaces to do development with.

I made this a critical problem - the other only says clock and is normal problem - this is many other parts of panel.
