Currently, it looks like Cyrus IMAP is stuck on version 2.4. The current stable version is 3.10. Version 2.4 is left over from when development was done at CMU, which has not been the case for quite a while.  Is it possible to offer version 3.10?

I have nothing to do with Cyrus IMAP

You can get 3.8.2 from https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/mail/15.5/
We wont update it for leap15.5
