## Observation

procps happened to be pulled in by error by zypper, due to a very old, no longer real dependency zypper->procps (dating back to zmd times)

As this dep is cleaned up, nothing more is now pulling in procps into the toolbox container.

Considering its nature to be system debugging, it sounds reasonable for that container to pull in procps explicitly
