Updated system to 20240515 with kernel version 6.8.9. Seems like it has a bug reported here https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues/3343 and affecting radeon graphics cards like my 6800xt. Steam games keep crashing until I boot to previous kernel 6.8.8-1-default

TW is already switching to 6.9.x and it's on the way.
Could you try the kernel in OBS Kernel:stable repo and verify whether it's already fixed or not?

Installed 6.9.1-1.g0c0b0b5-default as described here https://kernel.opensuse.org/stable.html (added repo and installed kernel from it). Looks like the issue is fixed there

Good to hear.  It'll be fixed in the next update, then.
