The repository URLs you have quoted as not expected to be publicly available. On your system they were probably added by by mistake. The most common way this happens is usage of a one-click-installer from an incompatible software.opensuse.org project. Again, this is hard to tell, see above.

To resolve your user problem, disable or remove these repositories using YaST or zypper.
