Switch from wicked to NetworkManager:

The suggested migration is based on an very old blog, which we withdraw. We learned meanwhile, that it only worked in special corner cases with dhcp, but not in a generic way. Please don't propose this as solution for a wicked -> NetworkManager migration and remove that chapter. We don't have a solution for a migration.
