## Observation


This issue started to happen SPORADICALLY since this morning on May 28, per the testing history at https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/4225861#next_previous , it was not happened on every re-try.


openQA test in scenario opensuse-15.6-DVD-x86_64-upgrade_Leap_15.3_kde@64bit fails in
[await_install](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/4225861/modules/await_install/steps/35)

Upgrade scenario from Leap 15.3 with kde installed.

Fails since (at least) Build [706.1](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/4225861) (current job)

the 15.3 would not know the new SLES key. 

We imported I think automatiically on 15.5, but not on older Leaps.

So for Leap before 15.5 this is a known issue that will appear.
