SUSE provides a support knowledgebase under

https://www.suse.com/en-en/support/kb/

but it looks as if it is not possible to subscribe to certain TIDs in order to get notified about changes or updates to them, for example once a resolution is available - nor to define an keyword filter/agent to get informed about new entries in general.

Some of your suggestions already are on our wishlist for the knowledgebase. 

I made Supportmanagement aware and we will pursue this outside of bugzilla.
It's not the best tool for a task like this and we won't reach all stakeholders here.
