I am receving the following message with kernel version 6.9.3-1-default

[Firmware Bug]: CPU0: Topology domain 0 shift 1 != 4

and cpupower monitor shows

WARNING: at least one cpu is offline

I find the following in the kernel bugzilla and I think that is related to what I see https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=218879

system is slow especially when using firefox

Could you try 6.9.4 kernel in OBS Kernel:stable repo?
  http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/stable/standard/
A potential fix patch is already included there.

with kernel 6.9.4-2.g5283f1b-default I don't see the Firware Bug message anymore, and Firefox performance is much better now.
