We have a source repo for non-oss  ports on s390x and ppc but not on arm
we can either add it for Arm, or drop it for others

As it exists for x86_64, I guess we should publish it for :ARM as well

@Adrian we do already build the NonOSS media 1 and 2 (2 being the sources according to the product definition file)

It seems we are just not publishing the source tree here (or not where it is expected)

e.g on s390x we have
  https://download.opensuse.org/ports/zsystems/source/tumbleweed/repo/

but on aarch
  https://download.opensuse.org/ports/aarch64/source/tumbleweed/repo/

we only have the oss repo. The difficulty might be that we have only one combined NonOss repo tree vs 3 trees (split out for armv6, armv7, aarch64) on the Oss repo
