After updating from TW 20240613 to 20240622 my Wifi keeps constantly disconnecting. I run KDE Plasma with NetworkManager. NetworkManager keeps constantly connecting and then it disconnects with "Connection deactivated". dmesg keeps showing the message "ieee80211 phy21: Hardware restart was requested" and the logs of NetworkManager suggest indeed that the Wifi adapter gets disconnected from the system. I'm on 6.9.5-1-default. The most suspicious message from dmesg I get is: > [ 177.687763] [T12026] iwlwifi 0000:02:00.0: Microcode SW error detected. Restarting 0x0. > [ 177.687842] [T12026] iwlwifi 0000:02:00.0: Start IWL Error Log Dump: > [ 177.687845] [T12026] iwlwifi 0000:02:00.0: Transport status: 0x0000004B, valid: 6 > [ 177.687848] [T12026] iwlwifi 0000:02:00.0: Loaded firmware version: 89.202a2f7b.0 ty-a0-gf-a0-89.ucode The issue happens with 6.9.5-1-default and also with 6.9.3. A rollback to TW snapshot 20240613 resolves the issue. Looks perhaps like a bug in the kernel firmware?
