The spectacle recording fails to finish. I can start a recording via Super+R or directly in spectacle, which seems to work. During the recording the time indicator of the Notification Icon is increasing but when I click on the notification icon itself to finish the recording, nothing happens.

## Reproducer

* Start a recording (Super+R or directly in spectacle)
* Click notification icon to finish the recording

### Expected behaviour

* After clicking on the notification icon a dialog should pop up asking where to save the recording to

### Actual behaviour

* Clicking on the notification icon stops the recording (the time doesn't increase anymore) but nothing more happens.
