<remedy_details> Date being returned in the verb variable for events of
      type EVT_ValueInfo does not appear to be correct.  It most offen looks
      like 'time' data (number of seconds ..), sometimes it is 0 (zero),
      and occasionally it looks like uninitialized memory. </remedy_details>
