<remedy_details> Recap:  After an ldap_extended_operation for an
      NMAS extension, ldap_result is returning a status other than error,
      and returning results=NULL.  ldap_parse_extended_result crashes when
      dereferencing the NULL.   No matter what the server is returning,
      this situation should not happen.  I suspect there was an error or
      timeout retrieving the results from the server, and the library did
      not handle it correctly.
