One of the FAQ's with 10.0 are error messages from the package manager about
(online) inst-sources that dont work. One can always find the reason in y2log. Like

[mediaaccess] MediaHandler.cc(provideFile):283 provideFile(/media.1/media):
ERROR(Media:file not found)[RETR response: 550]

[mediaaccess] MediaCurl.cc(getFileCopy):432 curl error: 6: Couldn't resolve host
'somehost'

but these informations are never passed on to the user. Just some general one like

ERROR(InstSrc:E_no_instsrc_on_media)

or whatever. That needs to be adressed. Especially because the mirror situation
wont get better in the future...

The error reporting got better with 10.1 (ZYPP)
