Description Forgotten User uCb0QVSAVR 2005-10-25 17:32:06 UTC
After successfull konfiguration of the ISDN - Card in SUSE 10.0 the automatical startup of KInternet (Executed by YaST) doesn't come up. If I start Kinternet manual I can click to "Einwählen" (dial up) but nothing happens.
If I use SUSE 9.2 professional Retail - it works...

I reported a BUG in NFS some days ago - it seems to be fixed. Thank you for the great work!
Nevertheless: Is the Retail version more "bug free" than the download version?

Do you configured the CAPI drivers or HiSax ?
The binonly CAPI drivers are not part of the OSS or download versions, only OpenSource software is included. The drivers are still downloadable as kernel-nongpl RPM, read the part in the Release Notes for the Atheros driver,
it's the same procceding for AVM Fritz drivers.

The retail version has the drivers included.
