Description Joe Harmon 2005-10-25 17:34:07 UTC
In earlier versions of Nautilus, when using the "connect to server" option there was a right click menu that allowed you to unmount the volume. There is no longer an unmount option (though the gui). If you select the volume and you hit the delete button, it even gives you a message that says "If you want to unmount the volume, please use "Unmount Volume" in the popup menu of the volume." This option doesn't exist.

Steps to duplicate.
(1) Open Nautilus and choose File, Connect to server.
(2) Choose the server type and create a connection. It will put an icon on your desktop.
(3) Now try and remove it. The option used to be in the right click menu.
