Description Eric Preston 2005-10-26 15:52:23 UTC
Strange. I can't find perl-Gtk-Perl anywhere on the five cds that were produced by applydeltaiso on RC1 isos though, when looking at the 10.0 OSS ftp dirs I find it there, no problem.

I haven't verified it is missing from the GM iso images.

Maybe this is some strange deltaiso bug?

the ftp version has far more packages than the 5 CDs,
which is to be expected, since "5 * 700Mb" is a lot less than "20Gb"

It's not expected in my opinion. As a new opensuse user (but long time linux user and developer, since '93') it's not obvious to me that the inst-source on the ftp site is something other than the contents of the 5 cds... I'd actually expect a different directory (something like RH's rawhide) for additional packages.
