please report bugs as such to bugs.kde.org. We do not develop all of KDE and don't have the resources to fix every bug.

I have no easy way to know whether a bug is SUSE-specific or not. If I report a SUSE-specific problem to bugs.kde.org , the people there can't do anything. What do you suggest me to do - to report all bugs related to KDE here only, to report them to bugs.kde.org or decide for every specific case? If you suggest the last, then would you please provide a criteria for telling SUSE-specific bugs apart from general bugs?

there is no problem reporting the bugs here as long as you can live with replies that ask you to report them upstream (when we can clearly identify this as an upstream issue).
