Description Oliver Ingram 2005-11-12 04:53:00 UTC
What happened to the SuSE plugger that autodetected new hardware and asked you if you wanted to configure it? Also how do you get SuSE to automatically run a script/installer program once the CD is put into the drive? I need something like the .inf file in a windows machine that once you close the drive the program automatically runs.

suseplugger works fine - and btw, it checks for autorun.sh or setup.sh

SuSEplugger does NOT work fine. Somebody keeps marking suseplugger complaints as "Resolved". They are nothing of the sort. This is obviously ocurring for a minority of people, but the bug is there and is open as far as I am concerned.
