Could you, please, attach logs from the upgrade? Did you boot from 10.0 CD, or upgraded from the running system? I upgraded from the running system, as there were some problems reading the DVD when booting from CD. BTW, how I can I tell YOU to take version 10.0? Created attachment 58601 [details]

Best approach is to boot from original medium and do an upgrade. Alternatively, you might edit the highest numbered prod_xxxx file below /var/adm/YaST/ProdDB/ and change URL: (and probably other keys) with the values from /content (on the original medium). > Best approach is to boot from original medium and do an upgrade.
Agree, but as mentioned: For whatever reason the package DB could not be read when booting 10.0 from CD. Out of the running system it worked.
