Reassigning this to the maintainer of Bit Torrent. Help is always welcome, thanks. i am working on it - the problem is, we can't release a BitTorrent package with distributed tracking, due to legal issues. i'm trying to find a way to remove the trackerless mode support from the package. as for the split-up, i believe that is already done. we have BitTorrent, BitTorrent-curses and BitTorrent-gtk packages. There has been no activity for more than 3 month. I'm closing this bug as WONTFIX. If you feel this is inappropriate and the bug should remain open, or you have new information which may lead to an actual resolution, please reopen the bug and add the new status. |
