I just tried to compile package util-linux-crypto-2.12a-3 with the GNU C compiler. It said dmconvert.c:128: warning: "in_progress" is used uninitialized in this function The source code is if (in_progress) { Suggest initialise local variable "in_progress" before first use. I tried to email the maintainer [ christophe@saout.de ] but he refused the bug report claiming he is not the maintainer. It also appears that the email address Suse has for the author [ christophe@saout.de ]
