USB mouse not detected during installation. I've tried with both an hp and dell mouse, but can not use them. This is a dell 600m laptop.

USB mouse is not recognized initially at the first sign on. However, if you end the current session and then log back in the USB mouse will work.?.

this is fixed in 10.1 beta3. 
if not, open a new bug and attach more data. there are good bugreporting faqs on the internet.
