How to reproduce:
1. Go to a page that uses resizeable frames visible with visible borders.
2. Drag a border.
Result:
There's no visual notification of moving until dropping.
Expected result:
The border is redrawn dynamically synced with dragging.

hi Stefan, this is hardly a SUSE specific problem and konqueror's bug tracking web site is bugs.kde.org - please report it there.
