patch for /usr/share/YaST2/modules/Users.pm

Description Holger Sickenberg 2005-12-01 10:07:18 UTC
When creating or editing a user (no mather during installation or later with yast2-users) and add additional groups - where user should be member of - they will not be stored. Every user will just be member of group "users".

I was not able to reproduce the behaviour you are describing, nor I can see anything wrong in the log files. Can you please describe step-by-step, what do you do with users module?

(removing managers from CC: it is reported against Alpha, and if it is a bug, it surely will be fixed until 10.1)

Comment 5 Jiří Suchomel 2005-12-01 11:15:44 UTC
I cannot reproduce on my Alpha3; might be something special in Aplha3plus. What are the versions of your yast2-users and yast2-pam packages?

(I do not mind having aj/gp in CC; I only wanted to save them from the mass mailing :-)
Comment 6 Holger Sickenberg 2005-12-01 11:28:51 UTC
yast2-users-2.13.7-2
yast2-pam-2.13.1-2
Comment 7 Jiří Suchomel 2005-12-01 11:54:35 UTC
ha, I probably found it

I can just test a new package.
