Description Dieter Bloms 2005-12-01 14:45:07 UTC
Hi,

I've configured my konsole to use Encoding "ISO 8859-1".
It is saved to ~/.kde/share/config/konsolerc, but if I create
a new konsole session the Encoding is ignoring.

I have to changed the encoding to ISO 8859-1 manualy and than it works.

my ~/.kde/share/config/konsolerc looks like this:

[$Version]
update_info=konsole.upd:kde2.2/r1,konsole.upd:kde3.0/r1

the same with 10.1
Comment 2 Stephan Kulow 2006-02-04 18:43:11 UTC
you need to restart konsole it seems
Comment 4 Dirk Mueller 2006-05-04 13:35:12 UTC
as it works after a restart, its not urgent enough for us to fix. please report upstream at http://bugs.kde.org/
