*** Bug 140095 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** this is really a big usability problem, some uninit variable - if we're lucky. If not, it's some mean compilation problem. So this should be checked before KDE 3.5.1 goes out (which is soonish) I don't think its an uninitialized variable - its initialized correctly in the constructor. I also guessed for a miscompilation, also because I currently cannot reproduce it anymore. ok, found it. fixed for 10.1 It's back in beta4 (sorted on Subject). Was fixed in beta3. Hmm, I see that after changing in two folders, everything else is as it should (sorted on date). But when I have first opened it, it was on Subject. Clean installation, new profile. After doing some more clicking in the configuration to complete the set up, I returned back to the main window. And there was "sort on Subject" peeking its ugly head. After clicking on Date, it's gone again from all the other folders. However, I have kept the local inbox untouched, as evidence that the bug really exists. The local inbox is sorted on Subject. My real accounts are all IMAP. for which folder? the local inbox? worksforme. or the inbox of a dimap? ok, I can reproduce now. This bug doesn't show up in beta5 on my machine. All folders are sorted on date. Fixed? *** Bug 72069 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** It's fine in beta6 too. I'm closing the bug. |
