In sax2-7.1-27 from SUSE 10.0, I cannot find the extra keyboard extensions anymore. Looking for "use CapsLock as Ctrl"

yes the XKB Options has been disabled for 10.0 because people argued
that they don't understand all the possible key-options. I'm still not sure
if it makes sense to enable it again
