Of course, this is normal X-behaviour -- and it works fine on my machine, also under other environments (Windowmaker for example). Maby the function of pressing your mouse wheel does not translate correctly. Does it work if you press the left and the right button at the same time? You might verify the settings in /etc/sysconfig/mouse. Specially the settings for BUTTONS and WHEELS. Maby the problem lies there because YaST didn't configure your mouse correctly. Please check these values. I'll close this bug right now. Please reopen it in the case the required information can be provided. Thanks. |
