Squirrelmail uses html entities to encode the characters, but obviously it cannot put them into the form. Please report upstream, intrusive changes are required to make this work. Why should I report to upstream? to make the authors aware of the problem so they could fix it You're right. But I think, that you did some more investigation as I, so you can provide more accurate information to the community. As a maintener, you probably know the community and you probably also know better then I how to report bugs to SquirrelMail community. as an actual user of the squirrelmail you are in better position to report it, test it, etc. OK. You convinced me. |
