AFAIK Hubert isn't back yet. Please could anyone apply and test this patch? Reassign to lilo maintainer. grub can boot or can not boot from device-mapper, no idea. Use an extra /boot partition. Our config tools do suggest an extra /boot, and they default to an extra /boot partition. And lilo 22.8 as shipped with SLES11 has a version of this patch already. |
