Description Heiko Schmidt 2005-12-12 10:59:29 UTC
I tried to install my WLAN with a windows driver by using ndiswrapper.
Everything ´s fine till I call 'modprobe ndiswrapper'. It gaves me a 'kernel module ndiswrapper not found'.
I´ve installed newest kernel by autoYast and ndiswrapper + km_ndiswrapper by apt.
So I will try make, make install in /usr/src/kernel_modules/ndiswrapper according to Thomas Renninger.

The x86_64 ndiswrapper module was missing in 10.0, this is correct. Later SUSE versions have it.

Hi,

ndiswrapper is working now, but WLAN still doesn´t.
Maybe you can give me a help.
I attach lspci -v .

Maybe, but this is not the right place to discuss this. Please make sure you have configured the card as described in /usr/share/doc/packages/ndiswrapper/README.SUSE.
