Description Richard Foley 2005-12-13 15:08:34 UTC
I upgraded a SuSe 9 installation to SuSe 10. After the upgrade, I was unable to use 'xhost localhost' to enable local clients to access the running X server. In the end, I was forced to reinstall a completely fresh system from scratch. The new system does not access 'xhost localhost' until I have changed the default 'DISPLAY=localhost:0.0' to 'DISPLAY=:0.0' on login. Very boring.

And exactly what makes that a problem of the _installer_ ?
Comment 2 Stefan Dirsch 2005-12-13 15:26:56 UTC
What does SUSE 9 mean? 9.0, 9.1, 9.2, or 9.3?

No feedback --> WONTFIX.
