There are two inst-source-extra repositories in ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/10.1/inst-source-extra/ and ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/10.1/inst-source-extra/inst-source-extra/ with the latter being slightly newer but having a useless duplication of "inst-source-extra" in the name.
