 OS: OES_YaST_C16A(JP) + novell-ncp.i386.rpm
 Set parameter of Server:
 1. /etc/opt/novell/ncpserv.conf 　LOCAL_CODE_PAGE CP932
 2. Locale Setting for user root　 YaST → System → choose language →Japanese→ details → ctype Only → yes

Client:
 OS: WinXP SP2(JP)+IE6 SP2(JP)

Details:
 1.(1) In iManager,click Passwords->Set Universal Password->Click the button "Help". See the picture wh_20051223_2-1 in the file wanghuan_20051223_2.sxw.
   (2) In iManager,click Passwords->Edit Email Templates->Click the "Help" button. See the picture wh_20051223_2-3 in the file wanghuan_20051223_2.sxw.

Result:
  There has not any information in the help pages. See the picture wh_20051223_2-2 and wh_20051223_2-4 in the file wanghuan_20051223_2.sxw.

This defect also exists on Win2K SP4(JP)+IE6 SP1(JP).

If the selected language is not available, it should default to English.

Set the Found in version to IDM 3.0 based on the defect submission date.  (IDM 3 shipped in Dec 2005)
