i 'll try to do xconfig first

In all of our 10.0 code tree I do not find a file that tries to include
"ksef.h"

Are you sure you're trying to compile an unmodified SUSE 10.0 kernel tree?

No reply for some time.  Please reopen this bug if you are trying to compile pure SUSE sources.
